Web Design
ITS Websites LLC guarantees all design work. We are sure you will be satisfied with your website design. However if for any reason you are not totally satisfied, we will work closely with you refining your website design until you are happy. We stand behind all our design services 100%. Remember, we aren't  happy until you are happy.

Design work is carried out staged components, in an order previously agreed with the Client. As each component is completed, design proofs and/or samples are temporarily published on part of the new website, and are then subject to the Client's approval.

If you are not fully satisfied with our design work within 30 days of completion of a component, and we are not able to rectify the situation to your satisfaction, ITS Websites LLC will promptly refund money paid in respect of that particular component (less any previously agreed amounts already paid to Third Parties e.g domain name registration, server/webcasting configuration).

Any design work completed by ITS Websites LLC and domain name registration remain the property of ITS Websites LLC (normally until full payment is received). Consequently, should the guarantee be actioned, subsequent use by the Client of the unpaid component of our design work/samples is absolutely prohibited.

Hosting
If for any reason your are not satisfied with the Hosting Services provided, we offer a full money back promise. Simply cancel your Hosting Plan within the first thirty days of service and we will refund your money. This policy does not apply for hosting made at http://domainsits.com (See Domain Names below.)

Domain Names
Domain names registered at http://domainsits.com are under the Legal Agreement posted on that website.

Audio/Video (webcasting/streaming)
This service is under the ITS Websites LLC Contract. Please check it for additional information.

ALL OTHER SERVICES
ITS Websites LLC will not issue any refunds for any other services. Any purchase of all other services offered at ITS Websites LLC will be final, regardless of the date of termination
